SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. Employees of CondeNet Inc. and iExplore ("Sponsors") and the Conde Nast Publications, independent contractors working directly on this sweepstakes, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter. 1) The Plum Perfect Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins January 2, 2007, 12:01 AM ET and ends March 31, 2007, 11:59 PM ET, when all entries must be received. To enter, go to www.condenet.com/promo/cadriedplum, complete the online entry form, and submit it as instructed. One entry per person/e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

2) One (1) Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 10, 2007, and will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The Grand Prize is a roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner's home to Los Angeles, California (not to exceed $600.00), one (1) standard room (double-occupancy) for two (2) nights at the W Los Angeles, Westwood, spa treatements for two (2) (not to exceed $250) and dinner for two (not to exceed $250.00). The approximate retail value of the prize is $1750.00, depending on exact itinerary. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary as selected by Sponsors. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction, travel companion must be minor's parent or legal guardian. Ground transportation, all other meals, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities and all other incidentals are not included. Trip must be completed by April 11, 2008. Travel/hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors and subject to availability. May be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply.

3) Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4) Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsors and their immediate families or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible.

5) Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. 6) The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

7) All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you agree that Sponsors may send you commercial messages unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.

8) Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and liability/publicity release; (iii) potential Grand Prize winner (and travel companion) may be required to execute releases of Sponsors from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. If potential winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, all required documents must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, their advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified.
