Sweepstakes subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Promotion begins at 12:01AM. ET on October 1, 2004 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 1, 2004, when all entries must be received. 2) HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete and submit electronically the online entry form at http://www.luckymag.com/. If you do not want your email address used for future marketing purposes please check the appropriate box on the entry form. Enter as often as you wish, but for each entry the entry form must be individually completed. Entries submitted using bot or automated technology are ineligible and may be deleted. If a LUCKY subscription is entered, four (4) additional entries for a total of five (5) will be automatically included in the random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 4) PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner and a guest will receive: Two (2) round trip airline tickets (coach class) from the closest major commercial airport to winner's hometown to New York City. Both tickets must be booked on one itinerary. Condé Nast Publications will pick the dates of travel, after sweepstakes winner suggests 3 available travel weekends. Travel will take place arriving on a Thursday evening departing New York on Sunday. Three nights stay in a New York City premier hotel chosen by Condé Nast Publications based on availability and dates of travel. The winner and his/her guest will be entitled to one room at the New York City hotel. Condé Nast will book airline tickets and hotel accommodations on behalf of the winner and his/her guest. After arriving in New York City the winner and his/her guest will be escorted around New York City on Friday with a Lucky Fashion editor to shop, shop shop. The approximate retail value of this prize is $5,000 depending on exact itinerary. After the airfare and hotel charges are covered, the winner will have the remaining amount of money to spend on shopping with the Lucky Fashion Editor. Meals, ground transportation and any other expenses incurred are not included in this sweepstakes. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed above. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize is allowed except by Sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. 5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules.
