SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of The Conde Nast Publications, The Golf Digest Companies, CondeNet Inc., The Breakers Palm Beach ("Sponsors"), independent contractors working directly on this program, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter.

1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Promotion begins at 12:01AM. ET on June 1, 2005 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 1, 2005.

2) HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete and submit electronically the online entry form at http://www.golfdigest.com, http://www.golfforwomen.com, or http://www.golfworld.com. Limit one entry per entrant and per email address. Multiple entries submitted in violation of the previous sentence may be void. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. If you do not want your e-mail address used for future marketing purposes please check the appropriate box on the entry form. One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing on or about July 16, 2005 to receive: Four (4) nights accommodations (double occupancy); welcome amenity; breakfast daily for two (2) people; three (3) rounds of golf for two (2); one (1) 50-minute spa treatment per person; admission to Spa Fitness Center; valet parking; $1,000 in travel vouchers to be used for airfare to Palm Beach, FL. Approximate retail value of prize package is $4,750.00, depending on actual itinerary. Only the prize winner may redeem the prize. The prize must be used within one year of award date. Hotel nights and rooms must be used concurrently. Prize certificates may not be sold, bartered, transferred, or exchanged. Other terms and conditions and blackout dates may apply. Incidental charges, including but not limited to phone calls, room and food service, gift shop purchases, additional spa treatments not mentioned above, laundry and any other charges are the responsibility of winner. Transportation from airport to hotel is not included in prize package. A credit card may be required for check-in.

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winner will be notified by email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is unreachable after 48 hours, or if a winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and winner and travel companion a Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives or agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated certificates and none will be replaced. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors, in which case, Sponsors will award a prize of equal or greater value. Income and other taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

INTERNET: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an E-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the E-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address.
