Q: After I submit payment, what is the process for getting my hotel live on the site?

A: Once we receive your payment, we will email you an approval within 48 business hours. We will also email you a spreadsheet that must be filled out with your hotel name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, a property description, unique “book now” url, web-site address, etc. Once we receive the completed spreadsheet and photo(s), it will take 2-4 weeks to post. Note: Your listing(s) will live on the site for 12 months from the date your listing(s) go live.

Q: How long will it take for my hotel or property to show up in the listings?

A: Once we receive your spreadsheet and photo(s), it will take 2-4 weeks to post. We will do our best to get your listing up in the shortest amount of time possible.

Q: If I am not approved, will my credit card be charged?

A: No. If you are not approved your credit card will not be charged.

Q: Why might I not be approved to list my hotel or property with Concierge or HotelChatter?

A: In order to list a hotel or property on our sites, we must have a Destination Guide or content corresponding to that property’s location. For example, if you are applying for a listing on Concierge and your property is located in Cincinnati, OH, we currently do not have guides for Cincinnati or Ohio. Typically, in order to approve a hotel, your property must be within 50 miles of one of our Destination Guides. Feel free to submit your request and we will let you know if we can not accept.

Please note that Conde Nast Digital has the right to refuse any listing for any reason.

Q: How many photos am I allowed to include per property?

A: One exterior property photo must be submitted for both Concierge and HotelChatter. On Concierge, you may also submit five (5) additional images including interior room shots, pools, amenities, restaurants, etc.

Q: Will I receive any reporting?

A: We do not provide reporting for this program. We encourage you to track the number of visitors and leads we send, by providing a unique url if possible.

Q: How many people visit Concierge and HotelChatter.com each month?

A: Concierge.com reaches on average 1.1 million readers each month and HotelChatter.com reaches an average of 300,000 readers each month.*
